Forever in Your Heart

The Forever in Your Heart (FiYH) Fund was created to support the Forever in Your Heart program. The FiYH program provides a distinctive way to preserve the memories of a loved one who has passed away with up to two keepsake models per family, free of charge.

With the help of a state-of-the-art 3D scanner, a digital keepsake is transformed into a tangible reminder offering comfort and hope for families to treasure forever. Each unique keepsake is handmade and carefully crafted by staff members who believe in honoring life through memories that will last through generations. Families can choose from an assortment of 3D shapes, interior color options, base selections, and name and date inscription options.

This service is provided by the Parkview Forever in Your Heart team in collaboration with Online Resources, Inc. and the Ivy Tech Automotive Paint class. Funding is provided by the Parkview Health Foundation through generous donations from those who desire to support the program.
